Like yourself, I too have been looking for that special someone.
I have tried many different avenues over the years but the end result was always the same.
There are so many websites out there where you dance the same dance. Browse endless profiles, which at some point all begin to look the same, send a message, find you are not compatible - and repeat.
Or how about meeting someone through an introduction? Your friends or family swear you would be great for each other. You meet and you are not. Then comes the part where you have to tell them how you feel. No pressure!
Better still, how about the marriage events? You know which ones I mean. Awkward, not a lot of fun and in most cases unproductive.

One day I was speaking to a friend about my adventures in finding a wife and had a moment of clarity.
Surely, I can't be the only one with experiences like this? And surely, there must be a better way?
The more people I spoke to, the more I realised that maybe I can help people like you.
How amazing a feeling would that be to help someone complete half their deen? I felt compelled to try.

So, I sat down with a blank sheet of paper and defined my vision.

I knew I needed some help to take this on and wanted to work with someone who understood the challenges and someone who shared the same goals. I approached a friend, who is a matchmaker, to get her thoughts and invited her to come on this journey with me. Her ideas were amazing and she was passionate at the possibility of helping fellow Muslims.

So, a year later … here we are!
